The unique pressure gradient energy of HPBL® initiates the regrowth and repair mechanisms of the skin’s tissue by modulating the tissue matrix to release growth factors and healing properties continuously.
High-Pulse Blue Laser (HPBL®)
What is HPBL®?
Laser needs little introduction, however, there is a phenomenon in the spectrum of Laser, and it is related to the structure of its special pulse gradient that produces 6 phenomenal benefits and properties that are not found in other lasers.
Benefits
- Growth Factor stimulation for skin proliferation
- Anti-biofilm efficacy
- Anti-microbial efficacy
- Metabolic stimulation of cells’ ATP
- Initiates oxygen release from blood
- Stimulates circulation and perfusion of blood from capillary to skin tissues
Properties
- 35-38°C, similar to human body temperature (Common Laser: Unbearable burning sensation)
- Non-ablative (Common Laser: Invasive & ablative skin resurfacing laser treatment)
-
No downtime (Common Laser: With downtime)
What Effect does HPBL® have on Skin Disorder?
The special pulse gradient is designed with an intent that when the tissue cells absorb the laser, it will expand and contract gently with a specific thermal relaxation time, creating a unique internal shock in its highly aligned fibre between the damaged tissue of epidermis and dermis.
When HPBL comes in contact with your affected skin areas, skin-healing energy waves propagate throughout the contact area, releasing growth factors and healing properties continuously. In-vitro trials have proven a high rate of skin repair and improvement of skin health even on the most severe and persistent skin disorder.
How is HPBL® Different?
The Clinical Difference
HPBL® technology broadens the scope of what can be treated, especially for the more severe, persistent and repeated conditions. Since cells can be exposed to growth factors earlier in the healing process (without obstruction from deep-seated causes or the lack of healing growth factors), the conversion of collagen type can be modulated and subsequent degradation of skin disorder can be mitigated.
Difference between Aesthetic Laser System & HPBL®
To give some perspective to this arena, HPBL® capitalizes on regenerative-therapy to improve the health and cell immunology of the epidermis and dermis. On the other hand, aesthetic laser system such as Q-switched Nd:YAG lasers have very short pulses which produce photo-acoustic waves with insufficient intensity to be therapeutically impactful for skin disorders.
Regenerative Laser® Treatment Process

Treatment Schedule for Regenerative Laser®
Improvement of skin inflammation can be often seen after the first session. Depending on the patient’s age and skin condition, treatments are recommended twice per week for 4-6 weeks while maintenance sessions should be done once every month.
Serious inflammation relief may require 6-8 weeks and 10-16 weeks for complex cases, depending on the skin disorder.
